Your county's plans and budget, explained

Every year your county government makes a plan, sets spending limits, passes a budget, reports on how it went, and gets audited. These documents are public, but they run to hundreds of pages. Open County summarises each one the same way, so you can see what was promised, what was paid for and what happened.

Six documents, one story

Each document builds on the one before it. Read together, they show whether a promise in the five-year plan was paid for, spent and properly accounted for.
